This is a sample of a Job Management database system done in FileMaker Pro for a design firm in the Los Angeles area. This system allows the company to track everything from the initial job brief, status information, job expenses, production and billing. The system is also tied in with their rolodex to track job contacts and a timesheets database (not pictured) to allow employees time to be billed back to a job.
